Using this website
Information on this site is general health information and does not replace advice from a pharmacist, GP or other clinician. In an emergency call 999, or 111 for urgent advice.
Bookings
Appointments are confirmed once we contact you. Every service includes a pharmacist consultation, and we may decline treatment if it is not clinically suitable. Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel.
Prices and payment
Prices shown on the site apply at the time of booking. Private services are paid in the pharmacy. NHS prescription charges are set by the NHS unless you are exempt.
Prescriptions
Nominating us does not guarantee stock of every item. We will contact you if something is delayed or unavailable.

Tell us about any concern by calling 0113 000 0000 or emailing [email protected]. If you are not satisfied you can contact NHS England or the General Pharmaceutical Council.
